Rebekah Flower handles paralegal and client service responsibilities at Phillips Law Group and our Provident Estate Planning subsidiary. Rebekah is a native of Harford County and is pursuing a degree in American Legal Studies from Towson University. 

 

Rebekah assists with estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate administration, and related matters. Rebekah also assists with developing client relationships and marketing Provident Estate Planning services.
