Litigation Associate The Litigation Associate Attorney position is a full-time role in our Bel Air Office. As a Litigation Associate you will play a crucial role in representing our clients with respect to their property and their rights under the law. You will assist in all aspects of the litigation process and take a leading roll when ready. * Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases * Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs * Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials * Collaborate with clients to gather relevant information and evidence * Review and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and organization * Communicate with opposing counsel, judges, and clients as needed * Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation sessions * Stay current with changes in litigation laws and precedents
Family Law Associate The Family Law Associate Attorney position is a full-time role in our Bel Air Office. As a Family Law Associate, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in a wide range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence matters. You will participate in court proceedings, and provide comprehensive legal counsel to our clients. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare cases * Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements * Communicate with clients to provide updates on their cases * Represent clients in court hearings and mediation sessions * Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients * Stay up-to-date with changes in family law regulations and precedents
Criminal Law Associate The Litigation Associate Attorney position is a full-time role in our Bel Air Office. As a Litigation Associate with Phillips Law Group, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in criminal matters. You will work closely with Douglas Phillips, engage in legal research and analysis, and assist in all aspects of the process. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare motions, briefs, and statements for court * Assist with jury trials * Make basic court appearances * Gather and analyze relevant information and evidence * Prepare cases for hearings and trials * Communicate with prosectors and clients as needed * Stay current with changes in trial tactics and alternatives to incarceration
